Notification of Sales of the Remaining Ordinary Shares for Capital Increase
from the Subscription by the Existing Shareholders, by offering for sales to
Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and Seamkit Management Co., Ltd.
The Company hereby notifies additional details on the purchaser,
namely, Seamkit Management Co., Ltd., comprising the shareholders per the
list below:
