(Translation) No. CK-10-0000-PO-L-0029 April 2, 2010 Re: Notification of Disposition of the Remaining Ordinary Shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited Attn.: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the fact that the Board of Directors' Meeting of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited No. 6/2009 which was held on December 21, 2009 passed a resolution granting approval for the Company to sell certain parts of ordinary shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited to persons or legal entities which have no relationship and/or connection with the Company in the amount of 180,000,000 shares; and that on December 30, 2009, the Company notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that 150,000,000 ordinary shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited were already sold, thereby remaining 30,000,000 shares. The Company hereby informs that the Company has already sold such remaining 30,000,000 shares to the persons which have no relationship and/or connection with the Company through the system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on March 30, 2010, and as a result, the Company is currently holding 1,228,777,400 shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited or representing 30.79 percent of its registered capital (formerly, the Company held 1,258,777,400 shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited or representing 31.55 percent of its registered capital).
