CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform
that the Company will close the register book for determining the rights of
debenture holders for Unsubordinated and Unsecured Debentures of CH. Karnchang
Public Company Limited No. 1/2007 Due 2010 (CK107A) to receive the principal
redemption and the last interest payment of CK107A, details are in the
attachment.
To comply with the settlement system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
("SET"), the Company would like to request the SET to suspend the trading of
CK107A starting from July 8, 2010 to July 25, 2010, and to delist CK107A from
the SET on July 26, 2010.
