BOOK CLOSING AND SUSPENDED TRADING OF CK107A
CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) announced the redemption and
payment date of the Debentures of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited
No.1/2007, Due 2010 (CK107A) on 26 July 2010. Also CK announced its book
closing date on 12 July 2010 for further redemption and payment process
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer
system, CK has asked the SET to suspend trading of CK107A effective between
8-25 July 2010.(Detail as in CK news on SETSMART dated on 6 July 2010)
By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for
the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February
9, 1995,the SET will suspend trading on CK107A between 8-25 July 2010 as the
company requested. Since 26 July 2010 these debentures will no longer be the
listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
