= TRANSLATION = Ref: CK-10-0000-PO-L-0051 July 7, 2010 Subject Use of Additional Capital Attention President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the fact that CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited received the money from warrant exercise of the existing shareholders, directors and employees for the first time up to twelfth time totaled of 262,012,169 shares at the price of Baht 4.50 per share, which receiving share value totaled of Baht 1,179,054,760.50.- In this regard, the Company had already used the money to reserve for the current capital in the Company's business operation for Baht 1,178,944,434.07 whereas remaining for its principal with interest of Baht 110,326.43 according to the Company's objective as informed in the Prospectus on sale offer for warrant to purchase the ordinary shares. Additionally, the Company had received the money of its additional capital shares from selling additional capital of ordinary shares to the existing shareholders and the limited persons totaling for 206,573,167 shares at the price of Baht 5.34 per share and receiving of Baht 1,103,100,711.78 in total. As the Company had already used the money to expand its business and to be the current capital of the Company for Baht 1,099,830,385.92 whereas remaining of the capital and its interest of Baht 3,270,325.86 according to the Company's objectives.
