Acquisition and disposition of assets Reference is made to the fact that the Board of Directors' Meeting of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited No. 6/2010 which was held on November 22, 2010 passed a resolution granting approval for the Company to jointly invest in Chiangrai Solar Co., Ltd. which is a juristic person having no connection with the Company, by purchasing shares from its existing shareholders representing 30 percent of the registered capital, whereby the Company has already notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand of such matter. The Company hereby informs that on June 10, 2011, the Company has jointly invested by purchasing 3,000 shares in Chiangrai Solar Co., Ltd., representing 30 percent, at the par value of Baht 100 per share, totaling Baht 300,000 (Chiangrai Solar Co., Ltd. has the registered capital of Baht 1,000,000, divided into 10,000 shares, at the par value of Baht 100 per share), thereby bringing the shareholding percentage in Chiangrai Solar Co., Ltd. to be as follows: Shareholders Shareholding Percentage (%) 1.
