BOOK CLOSING AND SUSPENDED TRADING OF CK126A
CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) announced the redemption and payment
date of the Unsubordinated and Unsecured Debentures of CH. Karnchang Public
Company Limited No. 2/2009 due 2012 (CK126A) on June 25, 2012. Also, CK
announced its book closing date from June 11 to June 24, 2012 for further
redemption and payment process.
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system, CK has
asked the SET to suspend trading of CK126A effective from June 7, 2012 to June
24, 2012. Since June 25, 2012 CK126A debentures will no longer be listed
securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. (Detail as

By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the
Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February 9,
1995, the SET will suspend trading on CK126A from June 7, 2012 to June 24, 2012
as the company requested. Since June 25, 2012, CK126A will no longer be the
listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
